If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a return and exchange policy that allows you to return or exchange your items within a specified time frame, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return and Exchange Time Frame

  • Standard Return and Exchange Period: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or alteration.
  • The jewelry must be in the original packaging and include all accompanying documentation (e.g., certificates, warranties).
  • Engraved or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Any item that is final sale (e.g., clearance items, sale items, or special promotions) is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry (including engraved, altered, or made-to-order pieces).
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Intimate items such as earrings or any other items that have been opened and used for hygiene reasons.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping: After your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Inspect and Process: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your return or exchange.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Please request an exchange through the return process.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be charged the price difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a credit for the difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may take additional processing time.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide Evidence: We may request photos of the damage or defect to process the return or exchange.
  • We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement piece at no additional cost to you.

8. International Returns

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
  • Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original payment currency, but the final amount may vary due to currency conversion rates and bank fees.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an item has been shipped, the return and exchange policy applies.
